Roses for Our Lady is now into our 44th year of spreading devotion to Our Blessed Lady and Our Eucharistic Lord. We hold our annual officer elections each January following our Holy Hour and Christmas party. After prayerful discernment, the following people were elected to leadership roles for the year 2024.

Responsibilities of the Board
President: The President is responsible for planning and conducting meetings, organizing Holy Hours and special events with the assistance of the trustees and for ensuring good communication among board members regarding upcoming events and practical needs. The president is responsible for obtaining priests for the Holy Hours and liturgical events, for ensuring that the fees are paid by the treasurer, member lists are maintained by the secretary and that thank you notes are written as needed. The president also maintains communication via email with all Roses members regarding upcoming events including writing a column for the newsletter which is sent out three times per year to all members. The president creates and distributes event flyers via email and maintains the website. All of this is done with the assistance and cooperation of the board members.
Vice President: The Vice-President assists the president with all of the above and will be prepared to take over the presidency in the event that the president can no longer fulfill his/her duties.
Treasurer: The duties of the Treasurer include securing and depositing all monies that are collected and entering all deposits, payouts and donations made by cash or check in the ledger book. Bills are paid with checks and are recorded in the ledger book.
Secretary: The Secretary is responsible for the administration tasks of Roses for Our Lady. He/she will keep the various lists of members and their addresses, takes the minutes of the officer’s meetings, and prepares and prints the newsletters which are distributed three times/year.
Trustee: A Trustee is responsible for promoting and supporting the activities of Roses for Our Lady by word of mouth, and for attending events and meetings. The Trustees help with the voting process for elections as well as assist and supervise the officers in decision-making, and participate in all Roses events.
